Week 3 - Assessing Skills & Value
Session Focus: Uncover individual skills, strengths, and leadership qualities.
Activities:
Skill assessment worksheets to identify hard and soft skills.
Group sharing of past experiences that demonstrate these skills.
Reflection on leadership experiences and their relevance to ideal roles.
Week 4 - Crafting Your Personal Narraative
Session Focus: Develop a compelling personal story that highlights skills and values.
Activities:
Narrative-building workshop: How to frame experiences positively.
Peer feedback sessions to refine stories.
Discussion on the importance of authenticity in storytelling.
Week 5 - Creating Your Value Proposition
Session Focus: Formulate a unique value proposition that resonates with potential employers.
Activities:
Value proposition templates and examples.
Individual crafting of value propositions with group support.
Role-playing exercises to practice delivery.
Week 6 - Networking & Job Targeting Strategies
Session Focus: Learn effective networking techniques and how to target job opportunities.

Creating an action plan for reaching out to connections.
Group brainstorming on potential job leads and companies.
Week 7 - Mock Interview & Feedback

Mock interviews in pairs with rotating roles (interviewer/interviewee).
Group feedback sessions to highlight strengths and areas for improvement.

Week 8 - Empowerment & Next Steps
